OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway, date of wedding TBD
I. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase is necessary to enter, and all contests are open to all persons age 21 and over, unless otherwise specified in contest-specific rules. Employees and families of Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway, its affiliates and participating sponsors and their affiliates are not eligible to win.
II. GENERAL PRIZE INFORMATION: One winning couple will be chosen. Prize winners must present valid identification and proof of age to claim prize. Winner is subject to state, local, and federal taxes where applicable. If for any reason the winner is unable to utilize the prize on the dates given, subsequent draws will be made until a qualified
winner is drawn. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitute prizes will be awarded under any circumstances. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Prizes may be claimed at least twenty-four (24) hours after winning. The winning couple must schedule an appointment with Sara Gillianne to reserve their wedding date. In the event of any disagreement regarding contestants, winners or qualification of winners, or adequacy or value of the prize, the decision of Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway shall remain final. All prizes must be awarded, no substitutions acceptable. Prize winners must sign
hold harmless and indemnity agreement, agreeing to hold Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway, its licensee, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest. Void where prohibited.
III. RELEASE: By entering a contest through the PBW website, each participant in the contest, including all winners, acknowledge that Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway and affiliates will have the right to reproduce, publicize, and broadcast his or her name, likeness, and all matters incidental thereto without compensation.
IV. CONTEST-SPECIFIC RULES: All rules specific to individual contests are created by Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway, and its legal council if necessary. Decision of Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway management with regard to rules, specifications, qualifiers, winners, and prizes, is final.
a. Contestants register through www.pensacolaBW.com or www.pensacolablockpartywedding.com at the register tab. Registration opening February 14 . 2013..
b. Contestants must summit couple’s name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, Facebook links, a recent photo and their “love” story. The love story will be published on the PBW website and read. Love stories will not be altered in any way and will be published in the same way that they are submitted. For this reason please spell check and correct any grammar.
c. Ten couples will be selected as finalists. The ten finalists will be posted online on Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway webpage, Facebook page and also in the IN Block Party Wedding Issue. All of Pensacola will choose the lucky couple. Voting will continue via www.pensacolaBW.com until TBD. Only one vote per email address will be accepted. MUST BE A VALID EMAIL address and input by email address holder. Any variation to this rule will be disqualified. The winning couple will be chosen by all of Pensacola and will be announced TBD at the “Announcement Party” location, TBA. Once the winner is contacted online posts/IN coverage will follow.
d. Grand Prize winner will receive services by many local wedding vendors.
Vendors may only be contacted during their business hours, unless otherwise specified.
Note: Wedding Party limits: 100 guests, 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, 1 flower girl and 1 ring bearer
Note: Gratuity and taxes are not included with any prize element and is solely the responsibility of the prize winner. If the winning couple chooses to serve alcohol at the reception, the bar must be purchased through and staffed by Great Southern Events.
Should the winning couple’s story or submission be determined to be untrue or false in any way, or if it is known that the couple is talking negatively about the PBW vendors or sponsors, the couple must be responsible for any and all real costs associated with grand prize or another winner may be picked at the discretion of the PBWG sponsors.
e. The winners must choose one of the following wedding themes for their event, as created and designed by the PBW sponsors: Coastal Chic, City Sleek, or Southern Vintage.
V. These are the official contest rules of Pensacola BLOCKPARTY Wedding Giveaway. These rules may be subject to change without notice.

For this reason, it will be the final decision of the PBW board for the GRAND Prize winner.
